New Calling

Curtis and I have been CTR 8B teachers for over a year now...until a couple weeks ago. Our ward was split!

Now, I have received a new calling! And Curtis is in limbo...they're not sure what to do with him yet! :) (He can't teach in the primary alone, but they're not sure whether they're going to find him another teaching companion...or if he'll be released from primary completely.)

I'm now in Young Women's as the Beehive Advisor!!! I am so excited! I have wanted a calling in YW's forever...and I've finally got it!! Yea!

I get to teach the 12-13 year olds. And the bishop's wife is my counselor. It's alot more work than primary...but, I'm stoked!!! (I hope I get to go to YW's camp...I'm not sure what all my calling entails yet...it's still very new to me.)

Keep your fingers crossed for Curtis! Maybe he'll end up in the bishopric or something! Ha! Wouldn't that be cool!?!

We Got Tagged!!!

The Tag of the Fourths.

This is our Fourth Folder; Fourth Picture.

It's a picture of Stan & Brandy's boy, Landon...and Mary & Kelly's girl, Mykenzie. (Whom we claim as our nephew & niece because we love them so much!) These were taken back in 2006! Wow, how time flies! They have both grown up so much since then!

We tag Kelli & Dan, DJ & Kindra, Morgan & James, The Lotts, and anyone else who wants to be tagged! So, go to your fourth folder and your fourth picture and post it! (It was fun to go through our pictures and see just what happened to be the fourth picture in the fourth foulder on our computer.)

D.I.N.K.'s

So, Curtis and I have been officially labeled. Our uncle, Rob, informed us the other day that we're D.I.N.K.'s. Not knowing it was an abbreviation for something, our automatic thought was" he thinks we're dumb or dorks or something." Then he clarified what D.I.N.K. meant. Dual Income No Kids! (Yep, that would be us!) So...I guess being a D.I.N.K. isn't so bad after all! :)

New Arrival

We were blessed with another cute little niece the middle of November!

Cassi Marie is my sister and her husband's first child. Cassi was breech and was scheduled for a C-section, but she decided she didn't want to wait to come into the world. So, the night before her scheduled arrival, my sister's water broke and Cassi was brought into the world by emergency c-section instead.

She was a tiny 6 lbs 15 oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. She has lots of dark hair, and big, beautiful dark eyes.
I was lucky enough to take a week and go to Twin Falls to stay with my sister and help her. I got spoiled for a week and had a hard time leaving my cute lil' niece behind when it came time to come home. Twin Falls has never seemed far away until now.

I am so excited for my sister and brother-in-law! This little baby girl has already brought so much joy and happiness into all of our lives!!! We are excited to watch her grow!
